So much for my happy ending... 45-15. The one time I get to go to Doak to see the biggest rivalry in the state of Florida (or the nation's biggest rivalry in the 90's) it was pouring like hurricane force rain and Tim Tebow ran over FSU players like a bowling ball knocking down a bowling pin... it was quite sad. Even with a poncho dad and I got soaked! In the end it was still a great experience to hang out with dad and see the Noles at home, maybe next year will be the year we return to national dominance... or maybe the year after that or the year after that or the year after that!
Even though Tim Tebow is a phenomenal athlete, I hate him because he's a Gator and love him because he's furthering a kingdom much larger than Florida or Florida State. Check out how he spent his spring break last year. We need more athletes' like him and FSU's Myron Rolle.

I Can't Believe...
... that I am going to the Florida vs. Florida State game in Tally!!!! I've only been to this rivalry game just once before, a few years back in Gainesville, and FSU got wiped! This is literally one of my childhood dreams come true! Now my happy ending would be if FSU some how pulls it off and RUINS the Gators chances for a National Championship Title! After leading through a hard couple weeks with people I love and care about so much, this is definitely a welomed Thanksgiving treat!
For those of you who know that Tracy and I live in a House-Divided (she's a Gator and I'm a Nole) she actually passed to go to the game with me and spend time w/ her family. I'm thinking she didn't want to be there for the chance that the Noles may actually knock off her beloved Gators. So it's me and dad (which is the next best option to Tracy) again headin to Doak to cheer on the Seminoles of Florida State! Go NOLES!!!

Quick Check In
It's been so busy the past couple weeks, I have yet to update about our trip and some of the exciting stuff happening in our lives!
Quick overview - incredible trip who can have a bad time at white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, tropical islands, and a elegant cruise ship giving you all the food you could ever desire? We loved our cruise and was happy to be with friends and some family. FSU vs. VT game, one word AMAZING! There's very few things that feel better than being at Doak Campbell Stadium and having 80,000 plus people doing the warchant and yelling F-L-O-R-I-D-A-S-T-A-T-E! The Noles won and it was a great time with dad!
Since then been working hard on student ministry stuff and am excited to be sharing with you very soon! Pictures from the trip are on their way!
